Flirt Styling is a personal styling and closet organization service founded in June 2025 in Denver, Colorado. Sydney Vianzon built Flirt to help busy professionals and parents feel confident and stylish every day through personalized styling, honest guidance, and a process that does the hard work for you.

Sydney founded Flirt Styling in June 2025 in Denver, CO to change that.
The idea was simple, take everything she knew from over a decade in fashion and retail and bring it directly to the women who needed it most.

Sydney has always known that Flirt is bigger than a styling service.

The long-term vision is a space where fashion and business meet, a place that teaches young people how to build a career at the intersection of fashion & business, and that creates real opportunities for the next generation of people who love this industry.

A job in fashion changed Sydney's life. It gave her a place to belong, a skill set to build on, and a sense of purpose she didn't know she was looking for. She wants to create that for someone else, on a larger scale, with intention.
Flirt is how she gets there.
Sydney Vianzon
Founder & Lead Stylist
Sydney has spent over a decade building a career across fashion, retail, customer service, graphic design, and social media.
She got her start in fashion at 12, modeling and acting and eventually worked her way up to styling and directing photoshoots.
She has spent the last 5 years in retail at Victoria's Secret, Aritzia, and Abercrombie & Fitch, where she developed a care for understanding of how people shop and what they actually need.
​
She is currently pursuing a BA in Entrepreneurship and runs every aspect of Flirt Styling herself, from client services to marketing to operations.
Her personal style is practical, feminine, and a little edgy.
Built around comfort, versatility, and pieces she can rewear and mix and match without thinking twice.
